Last week my whole family went on a cruise. This was our first cruise and it was the first time my family has ben all together in a long time. Even my brother Jason came, we don't get to see him very much so we were so glad he came! Afton loved being with Jocelyn even thought they pretty much picked on each other the whole time. Afton was so good the whole time, especially cause we played in the water every day.
The first full day of the cruise was spent on the ship so we swam by the water slides and ate till we popped. Then next day we were in Progresso, Mexico. There, the whole family (There were about 24 of us in all- if I counted right) Anyway, they rented jet skis and took them out in the ocean. Of course, I didn't get any pictures, I was a little preoccupied with little afton.

The next day we came into port at Cozumel. This was my favorite part of the trip. We went to a fantastic beach and had a lot of fun. There were all sorts of toys in the water, like trampolines, balloon slides and a rock climbing "wall"

While we were playing on the beach, Tyson, Lynn and Sylvia went snorkeling. Tyson said he had such a great time swimming with the fish and tried to catch a few. One even tried to pick a fight with him.
Then they came to our beach afterward and played in the water.

Every night our stateroom attendant, Walter, would fold our towels into an animal. Afton's favorite part was taking them apart. All the people loved to talk to and play with the babies.

When we got back to New Orleans at the end of the cruise, we walked around the riverwalk.
We had tons of fun but by the end, we were all worn out.

And on other news, on the last couple days of vacation, we discovered Afton's first tooth coming in. Yay! We're glad it started at the end of the trip :)

A cruise?!!?! Gee whiz! When did you do all of this? Sounds like tons of fun. What cruise line did you go on? P.S. Afton is, as always, so adorable. Oooo, and I love the towel elephant. FUN!
Grr! I am so jealous! Sounds like so much fun! Oooo teeth... Gabe cut his 2 bottom teeth when we were in utah. It was so sudden and he was a trooper.
So glad to spend the week together! Even funner to spend it in Paradise, huh?!? My pics of Afton smeared in mac-n-cheese are priceless! I need a disc with your pictures on it too.
