Just a Fun Weekend.

We had a super fun weekend. It was Jo's birthday last week and we couldn't be there for it so we went down last friday, sat and sun. to play with her and have a party. Also, it was the last couple of days before Aunt Lex left for tour. The Hathaway boys were all down in Oak City for Fathers and Sons (and Tyson had to work that weekend) so I just went up with the girls.

These pictures are really out of order, sorry about that, I'm not loving this new Blogger.

We went to Provo Beach Resort on Saturday and had a great time.  we rode the carousel,

Played Bowling,

Played in the play place,

(Afton loved running away from Cory)

Bailey in the tubes

This is really the cutest boy I have ever seen

We have a dancing star on our hands

Then as we were leaving (after ice cream) Cosmo was outside visiting,

Christian wasn't so much a fan

Then they turned the water on,

Before and after all that, we played at Grandma and Grandpa's

There's a story behind this face. Jo had bonked her head on the swing and was crying and so Bailey, the whole time Jo was crying, fake cried; and this was the face she made the whole time.

Also during this fun trip, we got to play with Celeste and Maylee!

We went up the canyon and played by the river.

Roasted hot dogs for lunch

And threw rocks

Then on Sunday, at home, we watched the Solar Eclipse. It started about 6:30 and peaked at about 7:30. we watched the progress through a welder's mask.

Derrick got these cool pictures through the mask with our camera.

These were the shadows cast through the leaves on the trees. Each spot showed the progress of the eclipse.

Tyson went around and knocked on all the neighbors' doors to come out and watch too. It was a neighborhood party

It was a great end to a great weekend.
